Oly I & II can also be modified for larger groups, or done in small semi-private groups of 1-4.
Oly I
Among the many different movements that we do in CrossFit, the Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) could easily be considered the most difficult movements to learn and perform correctly. The Olympic lifts play a very special and unique role within the CrossFit community. Investing the time to become knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly, confident in the two lifts will without a doubt make you a better Crossfit’er, all around athlete, and will give you a leg up on your competition!
The requirements for enrolling in OLY I are few. It is highly recommended that anyone thinking of signing up has weightlifting shoes access to the Internet, and most importantly the health and physical capabilities to perform these complex movements.
Oly I can be conducted in a number of different formats including but not limited to a 4 week version, and a two or one day version.
Approximately every quarter an OLY I workshops will begin depending on demand. Each individual class is limited to a maximum of 8 people and will consist of four (4) 60-75 minute classes & can conclude with an optional competitive Olympic style weight-lifting meet.
The intention of the OLY I workshop is to lay the foundation for each athlete to become a competent & confident Olympic lifter.
Whether you’re a crossfit'er, power lifter, soccer, basketball or baseball player, or just someone looking for a challenge, the benefits of OLY lifting are truly limitless!

Oly II
OLY II will look & feel very different than OLY I. My vision is for each athlete to have the benefits of private training, while avoiding the expensive cost of one-on-one training. Every athlete in OLY II will have the opportunity to maximize the usefulness of every minute that we have together.
OLY II will be limited to a maximum of three people per private workshop, but can also only be a pair of athletes or just one single person depending on the preferences of each individual.
In creating this type of structure I intentionally limited the planned curriculum to a basic outline of what I want the athlete to get out of the workshop, more specifically what I want the curriculum of each class to be. I will then take this basic outline and tailor the programming of each class specifically to the needs and wants of each athlete.
This is in contrast to OLY I where the format and size of the workshop dictates that the material be scripted and not flexible.
